A Brief Professional Bio

Edward is a former Navy fighter pilot, director of advertising for several major retailers, including AutoZone, Jewel - Osco, and Supervalu stores. He was marketing director for Walter Lantz Advertising Agency and public relations director for the American Contract Bridge League. As director of advertising and sales promotion, Ed was responsible for buying many in and out continuity promotional products for both the company's franchise and corporate stores.

SOPO launch in June 2020

On Facebook and Instagram and had 500 orders the first three months and launched on Amazon Prime in July with 200 orders the first two months. These sales were achieved with a very limited budget. During this initial launch, we learned a lot about what the consumer liked and didn't like about SOPO. Over 80% of the reviews were four and five stars. However, there were also three stars and fewer reviews which is unacceptable. Whether perceived or actual negative comments given by the unbiased buyers, SOPO will require a few simple improvement modifications and corrections to overcome any negatives as it is SOPO Dispenser Corporations' goal to have all reviews 5 out of 5 Stars. The most important result from our initial launch is the fact almost all consumers love the concept, convenience, and eco-friendliness and will buy the products if exposed to SOPO through effective advertising.
